Just watched "No Country for Old Men". WOW!
Not for the faint at heart, but if your a true fan of cinema, & the Coen Brothers, it's a must see. That Javier Bardem actor freaked me out!

I'm curious to see the movie as "Indiana Jones" has always been good, but Harrison Ford is older than dirt, and I'm wondering how Lucas and Speilberg will pull this off. Hopefully, they will find a brilliant way to incorporate Ford's age into the movie using it as an asset and part of the plot.

Recently, I watched Next with Nicholas Cage. In the movie his girlfriend is the young, fresh-looking Jessica Beil. Cage's character in the movie is a younger man, but nothing disguised the face lifts, hair transplants and Cage's 40 (plus) years. Gagged me.

Jack Nicholson and a few other "mature" actors play age appropriate characters and it becomes them. I'm hoping Ford does the same.

LOL! Yep, Nicholas (in my top 5) looks a little "fake" in that movie.

The 2nd Narnia Movie is wonderful!!! Better than the first one.

I like Nicholas, too. He's great actor. He is only 44 years old.
Hmmmm, must have been ridden hard and put away wet one too many times.

National Treasure is released tomorrow?

"The Water Horse." The family watched it with the grandchildren this weekend. What a sweet, sweet movie.

Went to see Iron Man while up in Nashville, I thought it was an awesome movie, just wanted to go on farther and farther though. I hope there's a sequel.

Just noticed this, iluvit...I too, like Samantha.  She's a hoot!  Free bird of sorts. Carrie is too much of a drama queen, Miranda is too pratical sometimes, & Charlotte is just naive.  guess the balance out each other! Can't wait to see it and the theme song is my new ring tone!

Saw Sex in the City today and loved it! But, if you have not seen the series then it might be a little hard to follow or not as funny. Luckily I was updated last night on the latest happenings that I had not seen and I am glad as I would have been a bit confused. There was a lot of laughing, some shocking moments and even some tears. A definite chick flick, but there were quite a few older couples in there, a lot of groups of women, one group of four men, and a couple of moms brought their teenage daughters. I did the people watching before the movie, but once it started it had my full attention!
