The friends of the Murphy Public Library would like to invite you to our
3rd Annual Arts, Antiques and Uniques Auction.
Saturday, June 9th, 2007
Silent Auction 5:00 - 6:45 p.m.
Live Auction 7:00 p.m.
Both auctions will be held at Grove Auction House
We encourage you to attend this charity auction.
All proceeds from both events will go to enhance the
"KIDS CORNER" of the Murphy Public Library,
implementing new shelving, encyclopedias, books, etc.
REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED
PS from Chanel: OK I have looked over the items and the selection is excellent. Here's a brief list of some items up for bid; Baskets of Beauty items for men and women, several beautiful handmade quilts {1 quilt is a reproduction Civil War quilt with reproduction material}, Charlie Patricolo has donated several of her handmade dolls, handmade oak wall cabinet, 2 Golf Lover's gift baskets, beautiful set of 5 white speckled nesting bowls {from Italy}, 1 night stay at Hawkesdene House B&B in Andrews, N.C., Antique novel "Dante's Inferno" {inside inscription indicates it was a Christmas gift dated December 25, 1882}, several other antique books, handmade glass cut bowls, wooden bowls, 3 porch rockers & a large collection of light up Christmas village sets, some retired, over 75 different gift coupons from French Cooking lessons to 4 holiday cakes. etc.... Don't miss this one!!!!!
